About this ramen
Curry LaMian builds on Prima Taste's Singapore curry paste, served as a rich, coconut-enriched gravy over lamian noodles. The paste blends shallot, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, candlenut and chili with a curry powder of coriander, fennel, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, star anise, clove and cardamom. Shrimp paste adds depth, and a coconut milk powder premix with sodium caseinate makes it creamy. Prima Taste says it's ready in about seven minutes. Its allergens are crustaceans, milk, tree nuts and wheat, with both candlenut and coconut on the ingredient list.
