The stock is made from red snapper bones, chicken bones and dried anchovy, simmered with ginger, onion, shallot, radish and garlic. Evaporated filled milk and a sweetened creamer give it its milky body, with egg, sesame oil and white pepper. Noodles make up 57% of the pack by weight, according to the label.
