Despite the name, Sapporo Ichiban Chow Mein is really yakisoba, Japan's stir-fried noodles in a tangy brown sauce. The powdered seasoning blends Worcestershire sauce powder, with its tamarind and molasses, with tomato powder, vinegar powder and soy sauce. Sanyo Foods includes a packet of dried seaweed for color and flavor. It's relatively low in sodium for the brand, at 870 mg per pack in our data.
