Sapporo Ichiban Hot & Spicy Chicken
Chicken ramen with tomato and chili.
Sapporo Ichiban's hot and spicy chicken ramen: a savory chicken broth with tomato, bell pepper and chili for a tart, spicy kick.
About this ramen
Hot & Spicy Chicken is the spiced-up member of the Sapporo Ichiban family. Its soup base combines dried chicken broth with tomato powder, bell pepper powder, garlic and a spice blend, which Sanyo Foods says includes chili peppers. Citric acid and tomato give it the hint of tartness the brand describes. Red 40 colors the broth. At 1,290 mg of sodium in our data, it's the lowest of the Sapporo Ichiban packs.
