Sapporo Ichiban Kyushu Tokotsu Ramen
Non-fried noodles in a creamy Kyushu-style tonkotsu broth.
A premium Sapporo Ichiban ramen with non-fried, fresh-style noodles in a creamy, savory Kyushu tonkotsu-style broth with sesame.
About this ramen
Kyushu Tonkotsu is part of Sapporo Ichiban's non-fried line, modeled on the creamy pork-bone ramen of southern Japan. The noodle contains no palm oil, and the soup gets its creamy body from a palm-oil creamer. No pork appears on the ingredient list; the tonkotsu flavor comes from natural and artificial flavors, garlic and soy. Sesame seeds and leek chips come in the soup, and its label lists wheat, soybeans and sesame. It's very salty, at 2,500 mg of sodium per pack in our data.
