About this ramen
Sriracha Yakisoba gives Sapporo Ichiban's stir-fried noodles a sriracha-style kick. The seasoning is built on sugar, garlic, vinegar powder, soy sauce and spices. The sriracha character comes from a chili-type flavoring made with sesame, safflower and olive oils, rather than an actual hot sauce. Yellow 6 and Red 40 give the sauce its orange-red color. Sanyo Foods suggests topping it with vegetables and meat to make it a fuller meal.
