About this ramen
Yuzu Chicken is Sapporo Ichiban's light, citrus-forward chicken ramen. Most of the citrus comes from lemon peel powder and lemon juice powder, with a yuzu-type flavoring on top. Chicken broth powder and chicken-type flavors form the base, with onion, garlic and a little soy sauce. Turmeric extract tints the broth yellow.
