Beef Pho
Beef pho broth with rice noodles.
Snapdragon Beef Pho: rice noodles in a beef-style pho broth spiced with chili, cinnamon and star anise, plus coriander and green onion.
About this ramen
Snapdragon's Beef Pho pairs rice noodles with a spiced, beef-style broth. Snapdragon says the spice blend includes chilies, cinnamon and star anise, with garlic and onion. The rice noodles are made from rice and tapioca starch, and Snapdragon calls them gluten-free. Carrot, cabbage, green onion, onion and coriander come in the vegetable packet. The beef flavor is artificial, and its only listed allergen is soy.
