About this ramen
Snapdragon's Chicken Ramen comes with four packets: noodles, seasoning, vegetables and flavoring oil. The broth gets a creamy body from a non-dairy creamer that contains caseinate, with shallot, miso, mushroom and white radish. The flavoring oil adds garlic, fried garlic and sesame oil. The chicken flavor is artificial; no chicken appears on the ingredient list. Carrot, cabbage, green onion and sesame come in the vegetable packet, and its allergens are wheat, milk, soy and sesame.
