About this ramen
Snapdragon's Miso Ramen uses a soup paste rather than a powder, built on onion and red miso made from soybean and rice. Garlic, ginger, sesame oil and a little soy sauce round out the broth. A separate flavoring oil of soybean oil and chili adds warmth. Carrot, cabbage, green onion and sesame come in the vegetable packet. No meat, fish or dairy appears on the ingredient list, and its allergens are soy, wheat and sesame.
