About this ramen
Snapdragon's Korean Fried Chicken bowl reimagines the sweet-spicy glaze of Korean fried chicken as saucy noodles. The sauce combines glucose syrup, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, tomato paste and chili powder, with capsicum for heat. A packet of crispy fried bits made from textured vegetable protein adds a fried chicken-like crunch. Carrot, cabbage, green onion and sesame come in the bowl. There's no chicken in it, and its allergens are wheat, soy and sesame.
