About this ramen
Spicy Miso is the miso-based member of Maruchan's microwavable Bowls line. Miso powder made from soybeans, wheat and rice leads the seasoning, with chili and other spices for heat. A cream substitute with sodium caseinate gives the broth a creamier body, with chicken fat and powdered chicken underneath. Red bell pepper, corn, garlic, onion and chive come in the bowl.
