About this ramen
Soy Sauce Flavor is Maruchan Gold's take on shoyu ramen, Japan's classic soy-seasoned broth. The soup base is built on soy sauce with rice bran oil, garlic, ginger and shiitake mushroom extract. Bonito powder and a sardine-derived yeast extract add savory depth. As with the rest of the Gold line, the noodle uses only a small amount of palm oil, under 1% by weight. It contains egg, almond, milk and fish as well as wheat and soy, so check the label if you have allergies.
