About this ramen
Cheddar Cheese is the cheesy member of Maruchan's brothless Yakisoba line. The sauce blends a dehydrated mix of granular and blue cheese with whey, sour cream powder and cultured nonfat milk. Yellow 5 and Yellow 6 give it its bright orange color. Our ingredient text lists partially hydrogenated soybean oil, which has largely been phased out of US foods, so the current package may differ.
