Chow Mein Chicken is the classic, savory member of Nissin's Chow Mein line. Its sauce combines chicken fat and powdered chicken with brown sugar, a concentrated oyster juice and sesame oil. Bok choy, cabbage and carrot come in the bowl. It's ready in about five minutes, with no added MSG. Its label lists wheat, soybean, egg, milk and sesame, and the oyster juice means it isn't shellfish-free.
