Teriyaki Beef is the classic sweet-savory member of Nissin's Chow Mein line. Its sauce blends sugar, brown sugar and vinegar with soy, garlic and onion. Beef fat supplies the beefy note, with a little powdered chicken; no beef meat appears on the ingredient list. Bok choy, cabbage and carrot come in the bowl, and it's ready in about five minutes.
