About this ramen
Spicy Carbonara Chicken is the creamy half of Nissin's GEKI lineup. The sauce combines nonfat milk, parmesan, whey and sodium caseinate with powdered chicken and chicken fat. Spices and paprika bring the heat, and tomato powder adds a little tang. Nissin says it cooks in about five minutes and uses no artificial flavors. It contains milk and sesame as well as wheat, soybean and egg.
