About this ramen
Hot & Spicy is Nissin's line of fiery noodle bowls, and Chicken is its core flavor. Its broth pairs powdered chicken and chicken fat with lime juice, lemongrass, shallot and coconut palm sugar for a citrusy, Thai-leaning edge. A separate liquid chili sauce packet lets you control the heat. Cabbage, corn, green onion, parsley and red bell pepper come in the bowl. It's ready in about four minutes with no added MSG, and its label lists wheat, soybean, egg, milk and coconut.
