About this ramen
RAOH, which Nissin says means king of ramen in Japanese, is the company's premium line of non-fried instant noodles. Nissin describes the noodles as triple-layered, designed to pair with each broth like a ramen-shop noodle. The soy sauce broth is seasoned with grated ginger, rice oil and powdered fermented bamboo shoot, a nod to the menma found on shop-style shoyu ramen. Its label lists wheat, soybean, egg and milk.
