Top Ramen Soy Sauce
Vegetarian soy sauce ramen from Top Ramen.
Nissin's Top Ramen Soy Sauce: a vegetarian, soy-seasoned broth with garlic, onion and leek over classic ramen, with no added MSG.
About this ramen
Top Ramen Soy Sauce is the vegetarian flavor of Nissin's classic ramen line. Its broth is built on dehydrated soy sauce with garlic, onion, spice and caramel color. Dried leek flakes come in the seasoning, and the noodle uses a blend of palm and rice bran oil. Unlike the chicken, beef and shrimp flavors, it contains no egg or milk; its label lists only wheat and soybean. Nissin suggests it as a base for your own toppings.
