About this ramen
Creamy Chicken is a stir-fry style bowl: the water is poured off before the sauce goes in, so there's no broth to finish. The sauce combines parmesan, cheddar cheese flavor, cream and whole milk with chicken broth and chicken fat for a rich, savory coating. Smoked paprika and a little red chili add a smoky note. Dried tomato, garlic, mushroom and parsley are mixed through the noodles. It contains milk as well as wheat and soy, so it isn't a dairy-free choice.
