About this ramen
Neoguri Mild is the gentler sibling of Nongshim's spicy Neoguri, built around the same broad, thick noodles that eat more like udon than ramen. The broth leans on seafood — anchovy, tuna and bream, with shrimp, mussel and squid — for a rounded, savory flavor. Each pack includes a sheet of dried seaweed and bits of fish cake that soften in the pot.
