About this ramen
Savory Lobster Bowl Noodle is one of Nongshim's milder seafood bowls, and despite the name, no lobster appears on its ingredient list. The seafood flavor comes from crab, shrimp and cuttlefish extracts with mussel, oyster, clam and sea squirt, over a little beef bone extract. Freeze-dried imitation crab made from pollock adds chunks to the bowl, along with carrot, bok choy and parsley. A small amount of red chili and ginger keeps it lively without much heat. It contains crab, shrimp and fish as well as wheat and soy.
