About this ramen
Jin Jjambbong is Ottogi's premium take on jjamppong, the spicy Korean-Chinese seafood noodle soup. Its liquid seafood sauce combines cuttlefish, shrimp, crab, mussel, anchovy and cod with garlic and bell pepper. A jjambbong flavor oil of rice oil, cuttlefish, onion and red pepper gives it the smoky, wok-fired character Ottogi describes. Cabbage, carrot, dried cuttlefish, fish cake, wood ear mushroom, seaweed and green onion come in the flakes. Its thick noodles are made with potato starch for a chewy bite.
