About this ramen
Bibimmen is Paldo's mixed cold noodle, which the company bills as the world's first instant spread-and-stir noodle. The noodles are usually rinsed in cold water and tossed in a sauce rather than served in soup. The sauce combines red pepper paste and powder with sugar, vinegar, apple concentrate and sesame oil, finished with roasted sesame and seaweed. Mustard powder adds a sharp edge.
