About this ramen
The kimchi flavor of Paldo's Jumbo noodle line gets its taste from a kimchi powder made with red pepper, garlic and ginger. Soybean paste, soy sauce and a grilled flavoring round out the broth. Its kimchi packet is mostly seasoning — cabbage, onion, red pepper and soybean paste powders — with dried carrot and green onion. So expect kimchi flavor rather than chunks of cabbage. It comes in the same extra-large bowl as the rest of the Jumbo line.
