About this ramen
Kokomen is Paldo's white-broth ramyun, which helped kick off Korea's white-broth craze in 2011. Its soup base is built on chicken flavor, green onion, soy sauce and red and black pepper. The chicken taste is artificial — no chicken appears on the ingredient list — and soy-based chicken-flavored pieces come in the flakes. Carrot, bok choy and red bell pepper round out the flake packet. Paldo describes it as a rich white broth with a chili kick.
