About this ramen
The Big Bowl version of Carbonara Buldak pairs the fire-chicken sauce with a creamy, cheesy topping in one container. The chili sauce is made with chili pepper, soy sauce, sugar, onion and chili pepper seed oil. A separate packet of milk, mozzarella, butter, garlic, black pepper and parsley turns it creamy. As with the pack, there's no egg or pork despite the carbonara name. It contains milk and cheese, so it isn't dairy-free.
