Buldak Carbonara pairs Samyang's fire-chicken sauce with a nod to Italian carbonara. Alongside the chili sauce comes a separate powder of milk, mozzarella, butter, garlic, black pepper and parsley. Stirred together, the two make a creamy sauce that takes the edge off the heat. In our data it sits around 3,000 SHU, milder than the original Buldak.
