About this ramen
The Big Bowl edition of Cream Carbonara is one of the most dairy-heavy Buldak products. Its sauce mixes skim and whole milk powder, cream, cheddar and mozzarella with red pepper seed oil. The topping adds more milk, cream, cream cheese, butter and parsley, where the pack uses a cheddar, gouda and camembert blend instead. Capsicum and habanero oleoresins keep some heat under the cream. It contains a lot of milk, so it isn't suitable for anyone avoiding dairy.
