About this ramen
Cream Carbonara builds on Samyang's Carbonara Buldak with more dairy in both the sauce and the powder. The chili sauce already contains a mozzarella cheese sauce and milk, and the topping powder adds butter and a mix of cheddar, gouda and camembert. The result is one of the creamiest Buldak flavors, at around 2,000 SHU in our data. Parsley gives a little color. Like the regular Carbonara, it has no egg on the ingredient list, and it contains plenty of milk.
