About this ramen
Samyang modeled this Big Bowl on the sweet and spicy glaze of Korean-style chicken. The sauce leans sweet, with high fructose corn syrup, sugar and corn syrup near the top of the list, then tomato paste, garlic and onion. Red pepper powder and capsicum and habanero oleoresins provide the heat. Toasted white and black sesame seeds come in the topping. It's a good fit if you like Buldak's flavor but prefer sweetness over pure fire.
