About this ramen
Quattro Cheese is the Buldak for cheese lovers, built around four cheeses. Mozzarella goes into the chili sauce, and a separate powder adds more mozzarella along with cheddar, gouda and camembert. Chili pepper powder and oleoresin keep the familiar Buldak heat underneath. Sugar and soy sauce give the sauce its sweet-savory base. It contains milk and wheat, so it isn't dairy-free.
