About this ramen
Buldak Yakisoba borrows from Japanese yakisoba, the stir-fried noodles in a sweet, tangy brown sauce. The sauce is built on Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce and apple juice concentrate. Capsicum and habanero oleoresins bring the Buldak heat, and a smoke flavoring adds a grilled note. Dried cabbage is the only vegetable topping. It contains oyster and soy, so check the label if you avoid shellfish.
