About this ramen
Bulgogi Alfredo mixes two comfort foods: Korea's sweet, soy-marinated beef and Italy's creamy Alfredo. The bulgogi side comes from a sauce of soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, ginger and shiitake, with artificial beef flavor. A creamy powder with green onion oil and white pepper adds the Alfredo side. Plant-based protein flakes stand in for meat, and Samyang says the fettuccine delivers 15 g of protein and 4 g of fiber. Like the other Tangle creamy flavors, it gets its richness from flavorings and oils; no milk appears on the ingredient list.
