About this ramen
Samyang Yukgaejang is modeled on yukgaejang, the fiery red Korean soup traditionally made with shredded beef and plenty of green onion. Listings for the version sold in the UK describe a chili-heavy seasoning with red pepper, capsicum, radish, garlic and a little kimchi seasoning. Those listings flavor it with mushroom rather than beef, and add dried radish greens, green onion and carrot.
