About this ramen
This is Samyang's take on jjajangmyeon, the Korean-Chinese noodle dish in a glossy black bean sauce. The sauce comes as a ready-made paste of black soybean paste, onion, sugar and oil, including a little olive oil. Soy protein pieces, fried potato, cabbage and onion come in the flake packet. It's a brothless dish, and no chili appears on the ingredient list. It sits in the same aisle as Nongshim's Chapagetti, but uses a liquid sauce packet instead of a powder.
